LA Private Pilates Method

As a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor, my goal is to help working professionals reclaim the strength and vitality of their youth in order to cultivate energy even after long, arduous, days at a desk.

I come to the privacy of your home with a training plan designed to challenge the body safely and effectively.

My protocol consists of five stages; Clarity, Core Control, Endurance, and Weight.   We start with identifying under-active muscles due to poor posture or prior injury. We work from the inside out building a strong core, stable muscles, flexibility and increased stamina.  The body is retrained to improve coordination and functional movement.
