HOW DO I GET STARTED?

You can start by calling, emailing for a phone consultation or scheduling directly, your first session free with Hilary.

CAN I DO THIS WITH A PARTNER?

Yes, Hilary offers duets for the same price. If you have special needs or injuries, duets are not recommended, but if you and your partner would like to train together you will switch between using the Motr and other equipment.

HOW LONG IS A SESSION?

Pilates training sessions are between 50 minutes.

I HAVE AN INJURY CAN YOU WORK WITH ME?

Hilary is experienced in teaching Pilates to people with a range of health conditions. We’ll discuss your specific needs and create a program that addresses your goals.

WHAT SUPPLIES DO I NEED?

You just need your mat, light weights and resistance bands. Hilary will go over with you, which she likes!
